Can anyone identify this drill team?

Here's the description accompanying the video:

My apologies as I don't recall the official name for this group. They are entertaining though! I have seen them on TV at a Phillies game, and this was shot on the steps of City Hall in Philadelphia, behind the stage set-up for the Philadelphia Soul's championship celebration rally.

If anybody knows the name of this group please let me know!

Hello Andrew,   Good evening these drummers that you have recorded are called "The North Philly Footstompers Drums Squad". They are the 2008 National Champions.  They won the national championship in Detriot in August 2008.  The are under the Direction of Mr. George and Directress Ms.Helen Brown. "North Philly in da Buildin"!
